Dr. Valery Sramko

Dr. Sramko is a thoughtful and compassionate psychologist who strives to connect with her clients in a meaningful way by providing a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive healing space. She relies on a number of therapeutic approaches, drawing from client-centered, cognitive behavioural, dynamic/insight-oriented, and mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches. She is particularly interested in the treatment of adults with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, emotion dysregulation, identity and self-esteem issues, difficulties adjusting to change, and health issues.
Dr. Sramko is a Registered Psychologist (CHCPBC # 2359) who completed her Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver. She completed her internship in Clinical Neuropsychology at Vancouver Coastal Health. She has experience in assessment and intervention in both one-on-one and group settings working with adults from diverse backgrounds and a range of issues and difficulties.
